This week's guest is Dr. Kim Williams, Doctor, Professor and Former President and current trustee of the American College of Cardiology. We were fortunate to catch up with Dr. Williams on his trip to Australia from the US for the first ever Doctors For Nutrition event. This man is a giant in not only his field of cardiology, but in progressive health, wellbeing, education and plant-based living. You may even recognise him from some influential documentaries including the renowned "What the Health". With heart disease as the number one cause of death in the US and here in Australia, Dr. Williams is passionate about educating all on the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet.
