Today's episode is extra special, as it features my mom, Sherry. They say moms are like our built-in best friends, and after 22 years of having her by my side, I couldn't agree more. My mom has been my rock, my confidante, and my source of inspiration. Through her I've learned how beautiful life can be when I step out of my comfort zone, the importance of taking deep breaths (it helps the nerves!), and what it means to love unconditionally. Whether we're together, or apart, I'm always reminded of how proud she is of me, and in turn I hope she knows how proud I am to be her daughter.
