Stacy - 20 year career in Federal regulation and law, my life changed in discovering what we put in and on our bodies affects our health. Now my own boss, leading a large team focused on getting safer non-toxic living products into the hands of everyone.

Dr. Sarah - medical research background, PhD in medical biophysics, used diet and lifestyle to regain my health, and now see myself in many ways as a science translator, a bridge between the researchers working to expand human knowledge and the people who can benefit from the actionable information

A lot of our shows lately have done some very deep dives into the science on topics like foods, lifestyle factors, hormones and specific nutrients! Today we want to pull all that together and discuss the basic philosophy of health and how we define and measure the actual goal.

Podcast Wellness Week runs from November 30th-December 4th with live-streamed sessions and panels, pre-released episodes, and daily guided meditations.
