Not only do we rely on others when we are struggling with our mental health, but friends, family, and colleagues may also struggle with offering support; no one struggles alone. In this episode we talk about how our mental health has impacted those around us, and how we have struggled to be there for others. We also share some of our biggest learnings or 'ah-ha' moments in supporting those around us with their mental health.
