It looks like foul play but we have Mr Bojangles, the former smoking circus chimp, to help us with the case! From assisting in advanced interrogation techniques, to grooming us during a stake out, to helping prove we're not no cop in highly stressful undercover situations, there's not a single crime an ape wouldn't be useful.
