Sadie Whitelocks is an adventure travel writer and photographer whose adventures and stories have been published in the Daily Mail, Adventure Travel Magazine, The Daily Telegraph & Sunday Times to name but a few.
Her exploits have led her to track down long lost Uncles on remote islands in Papua New Guinea, the North Col of Mount Everest (7,050m) for the World's Highest Dinner Party, Clipper Round the World Yacht Races, and kayaking with whales in Antarctica.
Sadie is a member of The Explorers Club and a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and her thirst for learning new skills and taking on adventures before any limiting beliefs set in is a real lesson in what can be achieved with a growth mindset.
We talk about some of her favorite adventures, living in tribal cultures, and how we can all add more adventure and challenge to our lives, however restricted we feel.
