Have you had a problem with faith in God? In believing for something that was your's to have but were doubtful you could actually receive it? Paul's example of the faith of Abraham is a great example of how a man, given a promise by God that was impossible to him; that only God could do for him, could receive. God requires faith on our part in order to receive that which has been promised we could have. Abraham and Sarah, naturally speaking, were dead as far as giving birth to a son, but God promised, if the two would believe in His promise, they would birth a son. Abraham 'believed God and it was reckoned to him as righteousness; right-standing with Him Who makes all things possible.
