Welcome to Season 5 of Pangolin: The Conservation Podcast! This season we are celebrating the conservation stories of Africa. We will be talking all about the incredible work that goes on across the continent, with some of the most wonderful guests we have ever had on the show. To kick things off we are going back to our roots and talking all about the Pangolin!

That's right, today Jack is joined by Charles Emogor (Founder of Pangolino) to discuss his work with the scaly anteater. Jack and Charles talk all about his awareness raising work, how he promotes pro-pangolin behaviours, and what he considers to be the biggest threat to the species. They also chat about Charles' PhD and how he is trying to understand the consumption and use of pangolins within his study area.

Finally, the duo discuss Charles' favourite under-appreciated African animals, the Pygmy Hippo and Bats!
