Conor Gearty discusses the future of human rights in the UK

In this podcast Conor Gearty, human rights expert and author of On Fantasy Island: Britain, Europe, and Human Rights, talks to George Miller about human rights in the UK. Conor discusses topics including negative ‘myths’ that surround the Human Rights Act and its relationship with the European Court of Human Rights.
