A recent study revealed that many Gen Z graduates are unprepared for job interviews, struggling with eye contact, appropriate dress, and even bringing parents to interviews. These behaviors are causing employers to hesitate in hiring younger candidates. So what’s to blame?

Brad and David discuss how social media, particularly platforms like TikTok, has impacted Gen Z's social skills and mental health, earning them the label the ‘loneliest generation.’ The spread of misinformation on social media has also affected our ability to think critically in many scenarios, which is something that we also feel strongly about.

The big hurdle that many parents face is trying to limit social media usage but it’s essential for getting more accustomed to face-to-face interactions, which is very important for improving long-term social abilities.
