The goal of this podcast is to equip you to live a life of prayer. This month's theme is Prayer and Fasting. Fasting, in essence, is restraining some of our natural pleasures as well as our natural strengths. When we fast food, it is not so much about hunger. It is really about functioning without being 100%. We are weaker in our flesh, but we have a greater capacity to receive more from the Holy Spirit. On this episode we discuss the rewards of fasting.
