A huge number of people in the UK and worldwide are experiencing varying degrees of challenges with their mental health, from anxiety and low mood to suicidal thoughts. Johnny Hunt and Mark Roach are joined by several Reading fans, as well as former Peterborough, Aldershot and Swindon defender Dean Hooper and Lee Adams from Walk and Talk MMH, who talk about their own experiences. Topics include the stigma surrounding mental health. Our key aims with this episode including sharing our experiences and offering support to anyone who is struggling with any type of mental health challenge.
