Awareness Changes Everything

But real awareness asks: Why do I react, think, or feel this way?
It begins when you step back, watch without judgment, and notice the mind’s obsession with patterns and its resistance to being questioned.
4/ Awareness requires slowing down.
Not just observing—but doing so without interference.
That’s uncomfortable because it forces you to confront what’s been running the show: the unconscious.
5/ Awareness doesn’t change the world.
It changes how you see it.
