Chris Nowinski is a former football player at Harvard University and professional wrestler with WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. After enduring a career-ending head injury, Chris has dedicated his professional life to serving patients and families affected by brain trauma, particularly Chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that develops after repeated head injuries. We back up these bangers with our current favorite on Netflix, Sakamoto Days. Zenshu is the isekai of the season for us and we finish up with Dragonball Daima. Eventually we will be back to the one piece manga as it is blowing up right now.

Its time for another weekly anime review and oh boy is it something great this week for a show that seems to be getting slept on, but before we get to that we kick it off with a heartfelt episode of Solo Leveling (1:00). This of course is followed up by the brave and stunning Shangri-La Frontier (11:55). Sakamoto Days (20:55) and Rezero (31:25) back up the next part of the review, and then we bid farewell to Dragonball Daima (49:45). FINALLY we finish up the anime portion of this review with the sleeper of the year so far Zenshu (57:10) and the tradgic fate of an unsuspecting best boy.
