As the Executive Director of 2-Spirited People of of the 1st Nations, Torontonian Keith McCrady has had to be nimble and creative in keeping his Indigenous community members healthy and connected. Several times a week, he provides food, PPE and harm reduction supplies to a growing list of people in Toronto and - if possible - beyond.
When I ask how he sustains this momentum, he reminds me that he's just doing what he can. He's living by example.
