- What spending quality time with your children means (Becks googled it!)
- The fact that it doesn’t need to be endless amounts of time and that quality not quantity is what counts.
- How quality time is different for everyone, but that in the main though it is 1:1 interaction and communication, no phones or devices, just being focussed on each other.
- How quality time doesn't have to be something specific like a board game, it can be just doing something with your children and chatting with them as you do it. You don’t even have to be creative!
- How mirroring your child’s play can help if you aren’t sure how to spend the time with your child.
- Love Languages! Is quality time yours?
- The guilt that can be felt when you don’t feel you are spending enough quality time with your child and some achievable things you can try. Don’t force it!
- Reading books together – why this is so important (and how it helps you to spend quality time with your children as well).
- Keeping it simple and taking the pressure off – if you think about it, you are probably doing it anyway!
