Soooooo, I have not been very consistent with this podcast. Why? No real reason other than it has not been a priority. But I want to change that. I want to continue to talk about expressions of my forms of self-love. I think it will be therapeutic for me. I recorded this podcast last year and never published it. Well, I am today! I actually listened to it today and I like it. It’s a little messy but my perfect perfect mess. I hope you enjoy it.
