Whether he is preventing the construction of toxic waste incinerators, quarter-backing major hotel sale transactions, leading a law firm, or presiding as the Mayor of Westwood, Fred Berger is not slowing down. He is motivated to serve and he intends to continue to do so wherever he is confronted with a need.
