This week we celebrate Lauren's birthday and talk about how birthdays feel different now that we have kids. In the midst of all the chaos, sometimes that special feeling can just get lost in the shuffle. We also talk about the illusion of perfection, how social media can influence our expectations of ourselves in not so great ways, and ultimately how to let go of feeling like we have to live up to certain standards all the time, because let's face it, that's a lot of pressure.
