Andrew responds to the following questions:

  • What was your favorite triathlon victory?
  • What exercise myths do you hear most frequently?
  • What are some common health challenges faced by men as we age, and how can we proactively address them?
  • What are the core components of regular exercise routines?
  • What are common dietary myths that you hear most frequently?
  • Is eating organic all that it’s cracked up to be? Why or why not?
  • What are examples of quick, nutritious meals and snacks our families can eat on-the-go?
  • What are some nutritional “hacks” or shortcuts that can help us maintain a balanced diet?

We are going to play “This or That”. We will ask you to choose between two options, and you share which is better for our health. This is rapid fire, so explanations are needed. Assume each food option is organic.

  • Grilled chicken or Smoked Salmon?
  • White rice or brown rice?
  • Almond milk or milk?
  • Fried chicken sandwich or cheeseburger?
  • Water or gatorade?
  • Broccoli or Carrots?
  • Lettuce or Spinach?
  • Bourbon or vodka?
  • Beer or wine?
  • 15 minute jog or 30 minutes walking on an incline?
  • 30 minute jog or 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT) training?
  • 15 minute jog or 15 minutes of stretching?
  • 30 minutes cycling or 30 minutes on the elliptical?
