I am an unusually positive, playful and happy person. I work creatively with children, young people and adults through dance and performance. However in 2013 I was diagnosed with extreme depression. Somedays I didn't recognise myself. I have come a long way from those dark days blessed by the fact that my career and profession linked with my learnt and natural skills have kept me growing and flowing on this interesting journey of life. Supporting others as been my anchor and I'd like to share that somehow to support others. Apologies for the delivery :/ I will work on it! :)
