Right now it feels as though at least once a week there is a strike somewhere, in multiple sectors and industries and all of them are seeking to increase their wages on the backdrop of the highest interest rates for over 40 years!

The NHS, for a change is no different!

With strikes from Nurses, Paramedics, Call Handlers and more.

But in this Podcast we discuss why these strikes, even if they succeed in obtaining the 19% wage increases they desire, won't translate into a solution to the problems within the NHS.
