The triumphant return of Eric Kelly to MWP! Eric Kelly is a Florida-born, Brooklyn-raised former fighter and current trainer. A member of the 2000 U.S. Olympic Team, Eric recently opened up his first gym SouthBox by Eric Kelly located in the Bronx, NYC. This episode was recorded live inside the SouthBox ring on July 13, 2017 before the gym was open for business. Now that 6 months have past since the gym opened it is an undeniable success with celebrities, athletes, and world class fighters regularly stopping by to train. Eric and I go way back and to say that I'm proud of him and his accomplishments would be a vast understatement. Our conversation goes all over the place, but Eric drops a lot of gems along the way. Although SouthBox will undoubtedly build Champions, more importantly it will save kids, providing them a place to focus their energy into something positive instead of running the streets.
