Raghu Marwaha and his brother Rohit rose from teenage Subway sandwich makers to franchise owners and co-CEOs of Marwaha Group, which owns nearly 1,850 Subway restaurants. The brothers received Subways 2001 Franchisee of the Year award (Los Angeles), 2005 Development Agent of the Year award (North America), and 2017 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for their region. Interviewed by Winn Claybaugh, Raghu says, Many business owners are too busy pouring the champagne when they reach a goal... Our attitude has always been to conquer something else."
