Instability and chaos are the new normal. Whether it’s environmental crises, economic crises or political crisis, the world has lurched from one extraordinary event to another. But every measure the bourgeois take to solve one crisis only creates another. The bourgeois economists have started calling this a “permacrisis” or “polycrisis”. But this is nothing more than a description of the symptoms. It tells us nothing about the cause.
