Lyndsey Medford is a writer, speaker, activist, and author of the guided journal, Making Friends With My Body and God. She also manages autoimmune disease and a tiny front-yard garden. Lyndsey holds a Master's degree in Theology from Boston University, but she's most proud of her improv theater and gluten-free baking skills; her family; and her rescue dog Miya's dainty high-fives.
