Kentucky landed the services of both Koby Brea AND Kerr Kriisa on Wednesday. The question is: Is this UK’s starting backcourt? How does Lamont Butler factor into that backcourt? What about Otega Oweh? Elsewhere, Creighton got the news that Ryan Kalkbrenner is coming back (and it sounds like Steven Ashworth as well). This is welcome news for the Blue Jays who are losing Baylor Scheierman and Trey Alexander. Javon Small (Oklahoma State) has decided to transfer to West Virginia, which is a blow for Kentucky fans. Tough news late on Wednesday for Samford as they lost big man Achor Achor.
