Jim Harbaugh spoke at his first press conference and he didn't hold back about the incredibly high expectations he has for the Chargers. Harbaugh wants multiple championships and genuinely thinks they can get it done in large part because they have superstar quarterback Justin Herbert. Dan and David talk about the culture shifting in Los Angeles with the Harbaugh and Herbert era beginning. The new head coach made it very clear that they have to give Herbert a supporting class and discuss just how any discussions of what this new offense will be starts with his protection. Harbaugh also discussed putting an all-star staff together to give the players someone worthy of them, but also couldn't confirm certain rumored coaches were coming. He did get to speak on new general manager Joe Hortiz who is the "Batman" to his "Robin" in the offseason and raved about the partnership they are starting.
