Joined with me is good friend and Yoga Practitioner, Kris Daza-Taylor, of Heart on Fire Yoga. Kris, who identifies as Girl+, shares their journey from the genesis of childhood being raised by a gay parent to accepting themselves acknowledging all aspects of their expression–both masculine and feminine. Daza-Taylor addresses the present conflict arising now in adulthood in regards to how gender is perceived and being discovered within the self.
