The Challenge is to say “I love you” 100 times to yourself for 21+ days. I healed myself in a day. ❤️ March 8, 2021, my blood pressure was at 135/88. Doctor said if my BP is not lowered in 3 weeks he will put me on medication. Instantly I went into action mode. Fasted , meditated, exercised, rested, danced & then spirit said, “Use your voice, your throat Chakra.” So here I used my voice to heal myself. March 15, 2021, my blood pressure is at 116/70. All Praises Due. God is love. Be love. Spread love often. I invite you to do this “I love you” challenge for yourself & others 💝. I Love You.
