Navigating this situation gets harder and harder. Anxiety and stress levels are sky rocketing, both individuals and the workplace report being hit harder this third time around.... and the uncertainty of when will this all end still lingers. With this in mind, is easy to see the impact this (almost) a year has had on us all.
