Anna Ling, a singer-songwriter, choir leader and teacher based in Devon had an interest in working with different producers to give a new perspective on her already wonderful, folky original self released songs. The first of the 2 remixes has a downtempo groove, featuring Tom’s live drums with subtle synths and pads creating a bed for the double bass and strings from the original. Anna’s unique, almost otherworldly voice carries the song up into the clouds. Live instrumentation and electronic elements weave together to create goosebumps. The 2nd remix ‘Lucky Sun Midnight Dub Mix’ is more uptempo with an uplifting, warm deep house feel. Anna’s vocals are more minimal and lay deeper in the mix, instead of upfront, creating a ‘dub’ type version. Mastered by Rob Small Artwork by Dave Platts
