Aujourd'hui pour la première fois, je reçois deux invités dans L'entreprise Apprenante. Anne-Marie Cazetou, Reponsable des Compétences et de la Formation chez Safran Helicopter Engines, et son collègue Jean-Roch Houllier, Head of Learning & Digital à la Safran University.
Avec Anne-Marie et Jean-Roch, on échange sur le plan de transformation opéré depuis le début de la crise sanitaire en 3 grandes phases : faire face à la crise puis se reconfigurer pour ensuite se transformer pour s'adapter à ce monde nouveau avec la multimodalité en toile de fond.
Les innovations pédagogiques sont nombreuses chez Safran et cet épisode donne un bel aperçu des transformations et expérimentations en cours chez Safran.
