This only AI created podcast is based on my Haufe Academy white paper "AI Maturity Levels", which is intended to help companies successfully integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their services, structures, processes and systems. The white paper describes a six-stage AI maturity phase model that guides companies through the phases of awareness and strategy through to governance, experimentation, integration and scaling. The model offers practical instructions and helpful insights on how companies can shape their AI journey, use resources efficiently and ultimately achieve competitive advantages through AI-supported innovations.
