Last episode we discussed breaking free from the matrix. This episode we will be discussing how difficult it may be for some people to break out of old habits and comfort zones due to their attention being elsewhere. In 2016 there are millions of things that take our attention and distract us from reaching our goals and fulfilling our true purpose. Social Media, Netflix, Reality TV and sports are just a few of the many distractions that take us away from true relationship building and task completion.
