On this episode, Host Krish Kumar sits down with Danielle Mansell, the Vice President, Service & Fan Experience, of the Dallas Mavericks (NBA). She has worked across multiple leagues in multiple cities during her 15 year Sports career. Her career began as a Premium Service Account Manager with the Oklahoma City Thunder and continued with leadership roles with the New Jersey Devils (NHL) and Prudential Center and Oklahoma City Energy (USL) and now with the Mavs.
Danielle is passionate about evolving the Member journey to include engagement outside of the game experience and working to provide next-level pro-active service to all our fans. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Danielle spending time with her husband Joshua and daughter and son. Danielle is an active member of her community including being a proud alumna of Leadership Dallas ’23.
