In her "day job" she works as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner in Primary Care and Chair of Preceptor Development/Teaching and Learning for her local healthcare system. Her passion for the topics of impostor syndrome, the inner critic, and psychological safety has led to numerous speaking events for national organizations and healthcare sites in the world of pharmacy over the past few years. This year she co-authored the international bestseller Things I Wish I Knew, contributing a chapter focusing on Taming the Inner Critic, and also launched her passion project, The Confident Provider Academy, a 6-week course designed to help us rediscover our confidence and hope again.
