Transalpine Journey coach Rowan Simonsen from Denmark started off in the field of microfinance and business, however, he soon realized that in order to change the world he could better focus on social innovation. He aims to find adaptive resilient solutions to the changes that are to come due to climate change, the loss of biodiversity and the collapse of current economic systems. Together with his two daughters Rowan spends a lot of time outdoors in Colombia where he lives and as a passionate gardener, his ambition is to create a local resilient decentralised community that can support local food production, instead of being dependent on big centralised monoculture. Tune in to learn how Rowan wants to achieve this by practicing ancient warriorship traditions and compassion which means not being afraid of failing, trying to protect what is important and serving the people/community without being fearful of what may happen to yourself. The story behind this is very inspiring!
