In the latest episode of JAT Chat, hosted by Dr. Kara Radzak, features Dr. Sean Rogers and Dr. Amanda Tritsch. Dr. Tritsch and Dr. Rogers helped to develop a series of articles and editorials discussing the vital role athletic trainers play in caring for transgender athletes and gender diverse patients in the Journal of Athletic Training's recent special issue.

Dr. Amanda Tritsch (she/her) is an Associate Professor, Program Director for the Professional Athletic Training Program, and Assistant Director of the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of South Florida. She currently serves as the District IX representative on the NATA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee, Chairs the SEATA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee, sits on the CAATE Standards Committee, and the CAATE Professional Accreditation Council.

Dr. Sean Rogers (he/him) is an associate professor and coordinator of clinical education for the athletic training and health sciences programs at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He currently serves as the District 5 representative to the NATA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee, after having previously served as the District 8 representative. Sean was also a founding member of the workgroup that eventually led to the formation of this NATA committee .
