In the very first episode for season 2 Jack is joined by Billy Paul Harding, a mental health advocate from London & founder of Warriors Stand United, a mental health support group for men within the Sutton borough. The pair speak about their varied experiences of both PTSD and CPTSD, along with two very different stories of struggle, strength and recovery. Billy witnessed a traumatic event over 10 years ago, the effects of this remain still, but the resilience & hope Billy displayed throughout his journey led to him finding new life, life after the trauma. It's an inspiring episode, it shows what is truly possible in the face of darkness.
