      1. Low-end, when your application is simple, low workloads, you benefit from the simplicity of managed services
      2. Irregular “bursty” end, where you have a certain sustained workload, but it has a tendency to burst, and then settle.
    6. Middle of the scale:
      1. Workloads that have consistent traffic, and stable growth
    7. Cost vs Complexity
      1. A lot of server hardware could be bought for half a million a year
      2. Argument being, managing those servers.
      1. Half a million spend for HEY per year.
      2. But how true is that, really?
