I could have called this episode anchoring into the rhythms of autumn (And I promise there will be no reference to the “letting go like the leaves” story that is prominent within our current cultural landscape.) But this episode is about more than that—it’s about anchoring into and how the regenerative rhythms that surround us also support us.
