During our discussion, Kelly explained his three proven methods for inspiring greatness in team members:

As the president of Schlotzsky’s from 2012 - 2019, Kelly transformed the restaurant into a high-quality eatery, doubling its sales. In 2019, he took over Saladworks, and in 2020, he formed WOWorks, which includes six brands. WOWorks focuses on healthy, flavorful meals and has seen impressive growth with new locations opening across the U.S. and Canada.
