Sanya Richards-Ross, Kelly Sotherton and Richard Kilty can just about hear themselves above the chorus of horns and drums in the Thomas A. Robinson National Stadium in Nassau to bring you all the action from day one of World Athletics Relays in Bahamas 24.

The trio cover off all the talking points from the championships including which teams have booked themselves an early spot for Paris 24. They're also joined by athletics icon and nine times gold Olympic medallist Carl Lewis, World Record 60m Hurdles indoors Champion Deyvone Chartlon (competing on home turf for Bahamas) and Richard's Team GB Team mate Zharnel Hughes - with the pair fresh off the track from the men’s 4 x 400.
