Victor Brick is the co-founder; with his wife, Lynne, and the CEO of Planet Fitness Growth Partners, LLC (PFGP), which owns and operates Planet Fitness health clubs in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Florida, Tennessee, Washington state, California and Australia. PFGP is the largest privately-owned franchisee in the Planet Fitness franchise system.

Victor co-founded the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation in honor of his brother, John, who struggled throughout his life with mental health issues, but was never once offered a holistic plan to support his wellbeing.

Victor realized that his brother (and most others who suffer from mental illness) are unaware of the importance of wellness tools such as: fitness and nutrition to help them live a balanced and full life.
