Lila Bassior is an LA-based sound bath facilitator and 500-hr certified yoga teacher with over eleven years of teaching experience. Lila loves creating mindful, relaxing and restorative experiences for people by helping them celebrate all kinds of events or by using thoughtful, instruction to help them navigate their bodies, minds and the world we are living in. In addition to providing sound baths and yoga for the greater LA area, Lila is also an established voice actor, a passionate nature lover/world traveler and loving cat, dog and plant mom.
