Christians often describe God as mysterious. However, this was a foreign concept to the covenant people of the Bible. In fact, many times in Scripture God states His desire to be known and understood. The problem is God isn't anything like us. If we are ever going to know anything about Him, He must reveal Himself. Thankfully, He has!
