Transcript**: In the previous episode, I talked about our natural gift of 2.75 hours at the beginning of each day, perfect time to master anything. While it's good to have your head screwed on right with the right mindset, you're no good to yourself or anybody if you haven't got your heartset, healthset and soulset right too. Something I learnt from a book called the 5am club by Robin Sharma. For me, what do I do? I keep my metaphoric heart healthy, reaching out to people even strangers with an open heart. Need a 3pm pick up? Let's grab coffee together. My shout. I keep myself physically healthy. Weights on Mon-Wed. Rest on Thursday and Friday. And start again with hiking around my neighbourhood with my 10 kilo son on my back. For my soul set, I write words in my blue book that help keep me centered on who I am. Right now, It's Embrace. Notice and Wonder (and chocolate) We're all different - how do you maintain your heartset, healthset and soulset while keeping the right mindset?
