The changes that come with menopause can be overwhelming and exhausting, but you don't have to go through them alone.

Menopause can be a difficult time for women. Peri-menopause is an important stage in the natural transition to menopausal life, but it's also filled with many questions among women since it is not usually talked about because some feel uncomfortable or look at it as something private.

What is peri-menopause? It's a time of change for many women and their bodies. This journey can be hard, especially with the physical signs that you're going through at this stage including hot flashes, mood swings, or depression… but don't worry! There are ways to navigate through it all in order not to get lost along the way.
