And even though our relationship with Canada began to slowly and positively change after 1903, WWI and certainly WWII, Canada's identity was and, arguably, continues to be shaped in opposition to America. In this interview, my guest, a dual national of U.S. and Canada, tells us about the important differences between Canada and America, and explains "Canadian anti-Americanism".
